Large dining table, seats 6 to 8. In this room tv, with freesat and Playstation (plays DVDs also) and bluetooth speaker. Comfy sofa and beanbags for the young (or not so young). This room gives the benefit of allowing you all a bit of space to do your own thing. Good for families where the young ones can amuse themselves, watch their own tv programmes or DVDs and give the adults their own sitting room.

Fully fitted kitchen with dual fuel cooker - gas hob and electric grill and oven. All the pots, pans, dishes you will need, especially for those who like cooking. In the utility area fridge/freezer, combi microwave and grill. Here also washing machine and dishwasher.

We have 2 double bedrooms of equal size, double beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chests of drawers in each. Twin room, 2 single beds wardrobe, bedside cabinets and storage.

We can offer flexibilty and potential to sleep more with additional guest beds, both folding and airbeds available. We can also provide a cot if needed.

Porch with 2 comfortable armchairs and a small library of books, perfect for a relaxing read. Previous guests have enjoyed relaxing here with a good book and a drink!.
