UPDATES

Although all Covid restrictions have now been lifted we are aware that cases are on the increase. We will, in the meantime, continue to welcome bookings of 7 or 6 nights, season dependant, commencing on Saturdays.  However, If you require more information or alternative stays please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

This is to allow us to continue to implement our enhanced cleaning and disinfection programme.

Bookings - amendments

Pre-Arrival

If you or any of your party develop or have symptoms of Covid-19 before your holiday start date please let us know straight away or at least 48 hours before your holiday is due to start. 

Please be responsible and follow the latest government and NHS guidance.

We will send you an e-mail containing an electronic version of abstracts from the house Welcome and Information Pack with further advice prior to arrival.

Arrival - after 17:30

We will meet you on site for a brief run down on the heating, water etc.

A set of laminated information and instructions are in the property.

During your Stay

If you or any of your party develop symptoms then advice is for you to return home immediately for your period of self-isolation if you are able to do so safely.

If you are unable to do this then we regret that we will have to charge you for the extended period that you remain at Gartnagrenach in line with our advertised costs.

An initial supply of hand sanitiser is available for you and would ask that you wash your hands frequently whilst here and especially each time you come back to the house.

Departure - before 9.30 am

We do not impose a cleaning charge so ask that you leave the house as you found it and also ask the following:

Dishes and utensils (inc pans, glasses etc) - please put anything that you have used through the dishwasher on the 90-minute cycle just before you depart.

Bedding and towels – please strip the bedding, only remove the top duvet cover, sheet and top pillowcases (please leave white cover on duvet and mattress and pillow protectors/white pillowcases on). 

Zipped bags are in each wardrobe. We would appreciate If you could place the bedding and all used towels/tea towels in the supplied bags and leave them in the utility area.

Waste and rubbish - please sort per recycling guidance, bag and place in bins in the bin store area. Please do not put glass in the bags or bins.

Windows – please open all windows for ventilation before you leave.

Food - Please ensure you remove all food from the fridge/freezer and cupboards and dispose of appropriately.
